What is CIX?

It stands for something like Compulink Information eXchange (I think), which was the name of the Limited company that started it many years ago. What is more important than what it stands for, is what it is; basically a community a bit like a combination of a chat room and text messaging, but where you do not miss the conversation if you are not there at the time.
