Search Fees are £5.00 per baptism *plus stamped self addressed envelope.
( * not applicable if results are to be sent by e-mail.)
If required, siblings can be extracted from the same parish as parents at 50p each.
For overseas enquiries, payment in Sterling with Sterling Draft or Sterling Money Order,

If the parish is not known I would appreciate if an area could be given as full BLANKET SEARCHES of the transcripts at the present time are not possible.

Should a baptism stem from a census please state where and what census it was taken.

If the enquiry is for an ancestor who married after 1^st July 1837 you should be able to give me their father's name from their marriage certificate.

If the enquiry is for a female baptism please say who she married and where if possible, also father’s name if marriage is after July 1^st 1837.

Of the 406 ancient Essex parishes 400 have been transcribed and this has gleaned approx: 500-600,000 baptisms. 7 modern parishes have also been transcribed as the baptisms fall within the period 1780-1840. Note only parishes showing dates have been transcribed.
